Kathy Ventura started her recruiting career at Russell Reynolds. A partner in the Consumer Practice, Kathy led Chief Marketing and Chief Communications Officers for clients including AT&T, Estee Lauder, Coach, Comcast and Disney. After a sabbatical to stay at home with her young children, Kathy returned to the firm, leading searches to recruit digitally savvy, data-driven marketing and communications executives for domestic and global clients including Tiffany, Nissan, and for firms in the alternative investments sector and their portfolio companies. In early 2020, after two years with a smaller firm, Kathy founded VenturaFinn to expand her work with nonprofits and purpose-driven organizations while continuing to build her communications and marketing practice. At her former firm, Kathy was a core member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee which worked to ensure that the firm consistently delivered diverse candidate slates to clients. She continues to support her clients in building more diverse teams and inclusive cultures.
